Since GPS data drives the mobile application, each order must optimize within the route the driver is on so it will show up on the list.

Optimizing Through the Digital Control Tower

  1. Log in to the Digital Control Tower
  2. Click on 'Routes' in the main menu
  3. Select 'Routes & Schedules' from the drop-down list
  4. Select the route you want to optimize and click the optimize icon 
  5. Click 'Optimize by Orders'

You should see a list of the orders for that day.  If you see this, then the driver can log back into the Mobile Driver Application to complete their deliveries.

Optimizing Through the Mobile Driver Application

  1. Ensure you are on the latest version of the mobile app
  2. Login
  3. Select the route you want to optimize
  4. If you haven't already checked in, do so now
  5. Click 'Re-optimize'
  6. Select 'Yes' when prompted

If any orders were pending on the route, they would now appear in the mobile app.
