To start, download the app from the App Store.
If you don't have IMS access please ask an administrator to set up an account with IMS permissions. For a guide on how to do this, click here to go to the Adding a New User guide and scroll down to the Application Access section.
Step 1 Upon opening the app, you will see a screen asking you to 'enter your account details.' Type in your 'Client Key,' then click 'Submit.'
If you don't have a Client Key, go to your company administrator to get access.
Step 2 You will come to a screen that asks for your email and password. Fill these out, and click 'Sign In.' If you are a new user, ask your administrator to create a user account for you from the Digital Control Tower.
Choose the warehouse for which you will be managing inventory.
Next, you will be brought to the homepage of the app. From here, you can navigate to any of the main inventory management processes from the menu running along the bottom of the screen.
