The standing order feature allows you to save a list of frequently ordered items so that they can be loaded when creating a new order. It saves time when creating new orders! You can also schedule standing orders using the Recurring Order feature.
To start, sign into the Order Portal and choose a customer. You will see three options on your dashboard, one of which is 'Standing Order.' Click on the green 'Standing Order' button, and you will be redirected.
Once you are on that page, you will have the option to add products to a list. These will make up your standing order. Start typing in the Add Product box then click 'Add.'
Type in the quantity you want to order. If you need to remove an item from the list, click the red 'Remove' button next to the product. When you have finished, click 'Update Standing Order.' Hitting the green button will save your Standing Order, but will keep you on the same page.
To apply your standing order to an order, go to the New Order page from your dashboard. Click the green 'Apply Standing Order' button at the top of the page to add your product list to the order.
To finish your order, click 'Confirm Order.' Next, you will be taken to a page that allows you to review your order details. If everything looks right, click 'Submit Order.'
Your order will appear on the dashboard under Recent Activity.
