When you are first logged in, you can get to the dashboard by clicking on the Routeique™ logo in the top right corner. Your dashboard provides you with a summary of statistics and a table of recent orders. The top half of the page tracks total orders, active customers, active products, orders scheduled for today, and orders delivered today.
Displayed below the graphs are a set of order statistics which can be refreshed by clicking on each of the refresh buttons to get the most up to date numbers.
- Orders value this day: Order values are calculated by summing up the totals of all the buy/sell orders that have been scheduled today.
- Orders value this week: Order values are calculated by summing up the totals of all the buy/sell orders that have been scheduled in the last 7 days.
- Orders value this month: Order values are calculated by summing up the totals of all the buy/sell orders that have been scheduled this month.
- Perfect orders this month: Monthly "Perfect Orders" are buy/sell orders that are: signed, delivered, and not shorted over the course of the current month.
The table at the bottom of the page shows today's orders and can be filtered or sorted by any of the column headers by clicking on the orange arrows. To edit any of the orders, click the green Edit button in the left-hand Details column. Your order will come up in a new tab in edit mode. View our user guide for editing an order here.
The top right-hand corner of the page has a button to view the War Room Map, which is a map that shows your warehouse, your order drop locations, and your drivers in real time.
The bottom right-hand corner has a message icon, allowing you to ask for support.

When you receive a reply, the chat box will pop up in the corner. You can click the green chat icon to open it to full view. If we do not reply immediately, Rudy, our bot, will let you know we are just a few minutes away!
To close the chat, click the same button you used to open it, which will now display an X.
