As a driver, you will use the Routeique Yard Management system to conduct contactless check-ins for each yard registration directly on your cell phone.

To begin, visit the site once you arrive at the Sargento gate. The first time you use the contactless check in system you will need to set up your profile. This will ensure a smoother login process each time afterwards.

To set up your profile, enter your phone number and press 'Submit'. You will then be sent a verification code via text message. Enter this verification code in the required field and press 'Submit' again.

You will be taken to a page to fill out your profile information. Add a picture of your license by either selecting an existing file or taking a photo. Hit 'Save' and your profile will be complete.

The page will now redirect you into the system so you can perform a check in.

Select whether you are there for a Pickup or Delivery and then fill in the necessary information in the fields below:

  • Warehouse
  • Location: you will need to grant location access on your phone, so it's able to identify the location. If the pinpoint on the map is inaccurate, simply drag and drop it to the correct location
  • Appointment Number
  • Carrier
  • Trailer
  • Shipping Paper Work: upload an existing file or take a photo

Add your signature and select the checkbox under the disclaimer, then press the 'Check in' button to complete the check-in.

The check-in is now pending and will see a page that shows the appointment number and a message box where you will see all the messages you've received. From here you can also send and receive real-time messages directly with a yard manager.

At the bottom of your screen you will find all the check-in details.

When the dock has been assigned, you will receive a message, the check-in 'pending' tag at the top will change to 'assigned ' and you will now see the destination on the map.

Note: for each message you receive in the system, you will also get it as an SMS message. Click on the link provided to reply back in the application - this will ensure the reply goes back to the correct agent.

In the top left corner, you will find a drop down menu. If you click on the person icon, you will be able to select your language preference of English or Spanish. Here you can also enable sound, view your profile or sign out.

By clicking on the 'Check Ins' link you will see a log of all your check-in records, which you can access by clicking the 'Edit' link. Here you can also click the green 'Check In' button to begin a check-in.

Once a job has been completed, Administration will mark it and you will see the check-in the tag at the top change to 'Complete'. This means that all messages are now closed off.

Each time you sign out or when the session expires, you will simply login again with your cell phone number and a new verification code.
