How to Access Support?
There are four different ways to access support when you need to get in touch with us:
- Support Form: fill out the details required to let us know what your issue is and press submit. Someone from our team will respond. You can access the support form in a few places:
- Digital Control Tower - simply click the Question Mark in the left hand side menu. This will take you directly to our support page in the Knowledge Base. You can also go directly to support.routeique.com

- DMS - by clicking the hamburger menu in the left hand side then clicking Support
- Instant Chat: use the live chat feature on our support page to connect with someone in real time.
- Simply click the Question Mark in the left hand side menu of our Digital Control Tower to go directly to our our support page or visit support.routeique.com . You'll find the chat icon in the bottom right corner.
