Customer & Location Contacts

Assign customer contacts for a single location or multiple locations for order status notifications

You have the ability to assign contacts at the customer or location level, providing your team and your customer's teams with the flexibility they need to ensure the right contacts are kept in the loop on order status.

Customer Contacts

You can create as many billing contacts for each customer as you need. For each contact, you'll be able to control which notification types they will receive and which notification method they prefer - email or SMS.

Billing contacts will receive notifications for all orders for all locations associated with this customer.

Location Contacts

You also have the ability to create as many shipping contacts for each customer as you need. For each contact, you'll be able to control which notification types they will receive and which notification method they prefer - email or SMS.

Shipping contacts will only receive these notifications for all orders associated with their location.
