Order Statuses

Notify your customers and team more often with order statuses

There are several order statuses to make it even easier than ever for your team to manage orders and keep your customers in the loop on order status.

There are five possible states that an order can be in:

Draft  - This is for orders that have not yet been confirmed and assigned a date and delivery method.

Scheduled - This is for orders that have been scheduled for a certain date and set delivery method.

Delivered - This is for orders that have been delivered to a customer.

Finalized - This is for any order that has been delivered and an invoice has been issued.

Cancelled - This is for any order that is no longer required.

Archived - This is for any order in draft that no longer requires scheduling
