Reporting Metrics

Get some key insights on your orders with important metrics on the dashboard.

When visiting your dashboard, you'll be able to get a quick snapshot of some real time order metrics to help you understand how your network is doing. Our dashboard contains 3 key metrics:


Order Status

This shows a summary of all orders in the network for the last week and what state they are in: scheduled, cancelled, finalized or delivered.




Fulfillment Gap

This shows the gap between requested delivery day and actual delivery day for orders over the last week.  




Adjustment Count

This shows the number of orders that have been adjusted over the last week and the reason code used for the adjustment.
