Order Delivery in the Digital Control Tower

When orders are scheduled in the system for delivery, they are assigned a Scheduled Date and a Delivery Option Type for delivery. Delivery Option Types are either a Service Area or an Assigned Route.  Although most orders will likely be placed on a tour for last mile delivery, an order does not need to be placed onto a tour for it to be delivered.
