This feature allows user to add email address(s) and get notified when their Purchase Order moves through different states.
To receive notifications when your Purchase Order status changes, navigate to the Inventory page by clicking Settings and then Inventory in the left-hand side menu.
In the Inventory page, scroll down to the bottom of the page to Internal Purchase Order Notifications section, and click on the Edit button.
On the Edit page of the Internal Purchase Order Notifications, there are different statuses for your Purchase Order. Users can input their email addresses for all of the statuses or they can select certain ones to be notified of. The different status as as listed below:

Created
- Approved
-
Submitted
- Confirmed
-
Closed
User can enter multiple emails, separated by commas. Hit the Save button once all the desired email address(s) are added.
