Internal Notifications - Order State Changes

This feature allow users to independently sign up for email notifications when their orders change status. Review how to get notified by following the steps below.

To get notified when the Order State Changes, navigate to the Orders page by clicking Settings and then Orders in the left-hand side menu.

On the Orders page scroll down to Internal Order Notifications and click on the Edit button to add the email address of the user(s) to be notified.

On the Edit page of the Internal Order Notifications, there are different order statuses and as a user you can input your email for all statuses or just for a particular status. The different statuses are listed below:

  • Created

  • Scheduled

  • Rescheduled

  • Unscheduled

  • Archived

  • Cancelled

  • Delivered

  • Finalized

User can enter multiple emails, separated by commas. Hit the Save button once all the desired email address(s) are added.
