Routeique Mobile App Overview

Easily navigate the Routeique Mobile app to streamline your delivery experience.

Read the article below to learn about the most important features of the Routeique Mobile App.

Login

Login with your credentials that have been set up by your dispatcher in the Digital Control Tower. If you have access to more than one company you can select it upon logging in. This will become your default company. 

If you can't remember your password please click Forgot your password? to set up a new one! If you have an account created you will receive a reset link to your inbox. 

Tours

You will then be taken to your dashboard. Here you can access the list of tours for the day as well as the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner. Based on your user permissions, you may see more functionality in the app.


Order List 

Once you click Go to Tours, you will be taken to your list of tours (you can select between “Today’s Tours and Previous Tours). Once you click into a tour you will see your list of orders. The number to the right of your tour will show you how many orders have been delivered out of the total number of orders. If there are undelivered orders from a previous day, select Previous Tours. You will be able to select the tour from that day and subsequently will be able to deliver the leftover orders.  

Click into the tour you would like to begin delivering on.

 

You will need to click Start Tour in the bottom right hand corner to begin delivering. 

Here you can optionally add in your Odometer value. Click Start Tour to begin delivering. 

If you click into the order without clicking Start Tour  you will receive the following error message prompting you to start the tour. 

Map

Use the Map feature in the upper right hand corner of your order list to easily locate your delivery location. This also connects to the map in your phone allowing for GPS directions. You can also locate your order by swiping right on the order. 

Order Info

Once you have started the tour and have gone into an order you will see the order info provided. On the order info page you can view the customer contact information, address, order total, product information and any relevant notes. You can also click View to see the order invoice and barcode. If you select Print you can you have the ability to print your order invoice or barcode report. To edit, press on a product, and change the quantity. You will be required to enter a reason code, and you can optionally add a note. If you are delivering shared orders on behalf of another company, they have a set of rules in place around which actions a driver can commit against it - deliver, short, cancel, or a combination of the three. 

Deliver your Order 

Once you have verified that your order information is correct click Deliver at the bottom of the page. If any changes need to be made or if you need to cancel your order click More. Upon clicking More you have the ability to either Cancel Order or Unschedule order. 

After clicking Deliver you will then be prompted to have the recipient sign for the order and indicate who it was received by. You can also add Proof of Delivery at this point.

Once you click Save you will be brought to a screen with a green bar indicating that your order has been successfully delivered. Here you can also optionally add a store stamp which will show up on the printed and digital order PDF. 

You can also click on Payments to record how your customer paid for the order. You can select if they paid by cash, cheque, debit/credit or store credit. Click Accept to record the payment transaction. 

Once your order has been delivered, you can go back to your list of orders for the day to continue delivering or you can end your tour. If you jump into another tour before ending the one you are currently on, you will be prompted to return to your current tour.

 

End Tour 

Once you are done delivering for that specific tour click End Tour in the bottom right hand corner.

You will then be brought to a page where you can view your Invoice Summary as well as any Reason Code Reporting if your order was shorted. You can also optionally add in loops or your out odometer value. Click End Tour when you are done delivering for this tour. You can always go back if you have other deliveries for the day.

Menu Options

There are various things in the hamburger menu that we would like to call out. 

Settings

There are a number of settings you can access by clicking the hamburger menu in the top left hand corner. Here you can do the following: 

  • Update your location services: Location Services should be enabled on your device to ensure proper delivery tracking and reporting 
  • Privacy Policy: Review Routeique's Privacy Policy and understand Routeique's policies surrounding data collection as well as use and disclosure of personal data 
  • Language: Select between either English or French 
  • Printer Setup: Ensure your printer is properly set up. For a step by step guide please click here 
  • Map Location: Here you can select to view your map in either "Coordinates" or by "Address." Select the option you prefer best. This will appear when you use your map to locate your delivery location 

User Profile 

As a user you have the ability update your name, title, email phone number and you can change your password.
